Real estate brokers in Texas are mandated to have a license and have their broker’s license because no license-versus-comission. But, according to the Texas Real Estate Commission, you cannot do this without holding one of these four qualifications:

-You are a Licensed Texas Real Estate Appraiser

-You are a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker

-You are a Licensed Texas Real Estate Appraisal Management Firm Employees

-You are a Licensed Texas Real Estate Appraiser of Rental Property

If you are a licensed Texas real estate broker then you can’t be a Texas Real Estate Appraiser or Supportive Associate.

According to the Texas Real Estate Commission, they can use some fancy terms to say “neither eligibility nor meaningfully, legally provable experience as an Individual Whole Persons Licensed Texas Real Estate Appraiser.”

Now, before someone becomes a Texas Real Estate broker, they first have to pass a foundry the two six-hour parts of exam and two exams: one of fifteen hours land-use and real estate related study and another of thirty hours foundry and real estate related.
